Proxxon 24530 - lathe tool set for metalworking

The Proxxon lathe tool set consists of five precisely ground tools made of cobalt HSS high-speed steel, designed for work on precision lathes, including Micromot PD series models. The tools work well for turning small metal parts in modeling, hobby and training workshops.

Set contents

The set includes tools of different profiles: for rough turning, for grooving, a finishing tool, and tools with right and left bends, which allows most typical turning operations to be performed with a single set.

Material and workmanship

The tools are made of high-quality cobalt HSS high-speed steel, ground and ready for immediate use without additional sharpening. The cross-section of 8 x 8 mm and length of 80 mm are matched to the tool holders of typical precision benchtop lathes.
