Royal Catering RCST-50E - Large 48 l Commercial Stock Pot

The RCST-50E pot from Royal Catering is catering equipment designed for preparing large batches of soups, stocks, sauces or one-pot dishes in restaurants, bars, canteens and for catering. The 48 liter capacity lets you cook a meal for many people at once, which significantly shortens work time in a commercial kitchen.

Construction and material

The pot is made entirely of stainless steel, resistant to corrosion, scratches and high temperatures. The 5.2 mm thick base has a multi-layer construction, which ensures even heat distribution and energy savings during long cooking. Solid, riveted handles on the sides make it easy to carry the pot safely even when full.

Versatile use

The RCST-50E commercial pot can be placed on gas, electric, halogen, ceramic and induction cooktops - so it works whatever type of kitchen equipment you have. The tight-fitting stainless steel lid limits evaporation and speeds up cooking.
