Samsung 990 PRO 4TB – M.2 NVMe PCIe 4.0 SSD

The Samsung 990 PRO is one of the fastest PCIe 4.0 drives on the market – it practically uses the entire bandwidth of a Gen4 slot. Samsung's in-house controller, V-NAND TLC memory and a DRAM cache deliver fast performance both in games and during long writes. The 4 TB capacity is room for an entire game library, a photo archive and raw video footage on a single drive. The manufacturer's part number is MZ-V9P4T0BW.

According to the manufacturer, the 4 TB version reaches up to 7,450 MB/s sequential read and up to 6,900 MB/s sequential write.
