KEEN Headout Mid Waterproof - mid-top hiking boots

The Headout Mid is a KEEN hiking boot with a raised upper that rises above the ankle, made for year-round outdoor activities. The higher profile of the boot provides extra ankle stabilization, which is especially useful on uneven, rocky terrain.

Protection from moisture

The boot is made of waterproof leather and durable mesh, which together form a waterproof barrier that protects the feet when crossing wet ground, damp grass or light rain. At the same time the construction stays breathable, which reduces foot sweating on longer walks.

Build and comfort

The EVA foam insole cushions every step, and the wide toe box characteristic of KEEN gives the toes more room than in typical hiking boots. The lace-up closure lets you fit the boot precisely to the foot, and the rubber outsole provides traction on trails and during work outdoors.
